Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes — and we set it up for you. As a Meta Tech Provider, we register your official WhatsApp Business number so your verified green tick, templates and messaging all stay compliant. You keep the same number your customers already know.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding, chatbot training on your business content, and integration are included in every plan. You pay the monthly price and nothing else to get live.
What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window with one customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. If you approach your plan's limit, we'll flag it early so nothing gets cut off mid-chat.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Move between Starter, Growth and Scale as your volume changes — the new rate applies from your next billing cycle, and your data and history carry over untouched.
Does the chatbot speak Arabic?
